We of course hope you will be very satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address for free.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Auverture and designer tags still attached. All our items come with a clearly visible Auverture tag attached. A sale will be deemed final if this seal has been broken, or if the item is used or incomplete.
Upon return of an item our expert will screen all returns before granting a refund or an exchange. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given.
Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; however, if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

RECEIVING A REFUNDYour refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your Auverture account.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Auverture. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

REPEATED RETURNSWe offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
