All European countries and United States are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

The following countries are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations:

Canada, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates

 All product prices displayed for DDU destinations are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, please be aware that you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We will assist you on what this amount will be for your destination. Prior to dispatching we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch of your order.

Shipping is free for all orders. 

Auverture aims to dispatch all items from our warehouse within 24 hours of your order. Upon dispatch you will receive an email notification with estimated delivery time and tracking details. 

There might be some items in our collection, which have a longer lead-time than 24 hours to dispatch. If this is the case we will notify you immediately after check-out.

Returns

We of course hope you will be very satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address for free.
